Introduction
The Department of Employment Relations conducts research on employment in order to forecast the trends and future of labor markets and to produce employment information to support decision-making. The department focuses on academic research on human occupational behavior based on psychological characteristics through occupational development such as job selection, job retention, occupational crisis, occupational transition, and retirement in response to changes caused by the 4th Industrial Revolution and the Pandemic.
The Department of Employment Relations has two majors: Employment Studies and Employment Services Management. It is a complex applied field of study that explores theories including employment service management such as employment human resource management, employment service human resource development, understanding of organizational behavior, employment labor relations, and organizational culture and explores practical applications including employment policy, employment market, and characteristics of employment information.
