Health and Wellness
The Health Center at Konkuk University is an on-campus clinic. During business hours, a nurse is available to provide basic health care to students, faculty, and staff.
- Counseling on health issues
- First aid for non-emergency injuries that took place during class, practical training or on-campus events
- Supply of over-the-counter medicines
- First-aid kits for official Konkuk events, including new student orientation, provided free of charge
- The request form and student/faculty/staff ID must be submitted two days prior to the event
- Student/faculty/staff ID will be given back after the first-aid kit is returned
- Quit-smoking assistance with supervision by the Gwangjin-gu Public Health Center
- Available during spring and fall semesters and participation is free of charge
- A health professional may prescribe nicotine patches and/or gums
