Office of International Affairs (OA), Konkuk University hosted a sports day on the 27^th of September. More than a hundred students participated in sports day, playing 5-a-side football, dodgeball, Red light green light, Skipping rope in a group, O/X quiz, etc. The event is organised to provide a venue for international and local Konkuk students to mingle together through sports and games. In addition to those sports, the international students could learn about Korean traditional games like 윷놀이, 딱지치기, 제기차기, 투호놀이 and play with Korean students.

The event started with an opening remark from the Vice President for International Affairs. He stated, "Your safety is our top concern, please mind your own safety while enjoying sports and various games with fellow students.” After the opening speech, all the participating students warmed up together to prevent unwanted injuries.

Yuki, an exchange student from Japan said, “It reminds me of my time when I was in High school, but I had so much fun playing other sports with others and could make a lot of new friends, too.”

Another exchange student, Katherine from Australia said, "It was very fun and good way of making friends with other exchange students as well as Korean students. It was interesting to see the Korean traditional games played by various internationals.”
